Our journey in Chile started in 2010 when we were awarded our first project, the Ancoa –
Alto Jahuel 2x500 kV Line.
In 2011, our holding company, Celeo Redes Chile Limitada is founded. Our business is focused on the development, construction, and profitable management of energy transmission systems throughout the country, including both the national and local transmission segments.
We currently manage projects with a total investment value of more than US$ 1 billion.
Currently our portfolio includes transmission assets of 506 km of operational lines with a
further 503 km under construction. This amounts to a total transmission capacity of more than
Celeo Redes Chile aims to increase its project portfolio by winning public tenders, that are published annually by The Ministry of Energy, for new construction work.
Celeo Redes Chile has established protocols to ensure that it’s Sustainability Policy is known and understood by all stakeholders and to ensure they are aware of their assumed obligations and commitments.
The shareholder structure of Celeo Redes S.L. is divided between two entities: Celeo Concesiones e Inversiones S.L.U. (which belongs to the Elecnor S.A. Group) owns 51%. Whilst APG Infrastructure Pool 2012. (A Dutch fund managed by APG Management N.V.) owns 49%.
